Coming up on November 21st 2011, the DRBC will be voting in Trenton, NJ on hydraulic fracturing regulations for the Delaware River Basin. The DRBC (Delaware River Basin Commission) is a team of representatives from all of the states that the Delaware River Basin is in and from the federal government who make decisions for the area that lies within several states.. They are expected to approve these regulations, ultimately allowing at least some drilling in the area. The Delaware River Basin is the source of water for over fifteen million people!
